Sri Sathya Sai Leadership Course

Sai Ram Dear All,

With Swami's Grace, the Sri Sathya Sai Awareness  and Sri Sathya Sai Human Values: Practical Application courses offered by the SSSGC Zone 1 Educational Programs Committee (SSSEP) were very well received by the course participants. On their heels, our prayer and goal are to offer the third course, the Sri Sathya Sai Leadership Course, at the Lotus feet of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Both young adults and adults will have the blessed opportunity to participate in the third course to prepare themselves to be good leaders at home, at work, and in the community where they serve. This course will provide the necessary skills and tools to develop oneself to be a good leader.

Like the first and second courses, the third course is also a 10-week practical, interactive course that will delve into the heart of Swami's teachings on leadership. For example, to win the confidence of the people, Swami says:

Be good, be serviceable, be useful, be kind, be God-fearing – then, the confidence of the people will be yours. – SSS volume 3, 15 September 1963

Those who missed the first and second courses are still eligible to register for this course because the only prerequisites are unsullied Love for Swami and a firm determination to implement His teachings.

Discussions will center around loving and effective communication, time management, self-development, self-confidence, self-faith, self-sacrifice, and self-transformation. Eminent leaders from the worldwide Sai Community will be guest speakers. Small breakout groups will ensure inclusion, intimate participation, and knowledge or experience sharing. Putting into practice Swami's teachings will be a large portion of the assigned homework for this course, and opportunities for experience sharing by interested participants will be provided.

To launch the course on October 14, 2023, we are blessed by Swami to have Sri Nimish Pandya, Vice-Chairman Sri Sathya Sai Global Council, and All-India President, Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations India.

To enroll, please fill out the registration form using the link provided below on or before September 23, 2023. Please refer to the program flyers for complete course information.

Class timing: Every other Saturday starting on October 14, 2023, through March 30, 2024:

  • From 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM         (Eastern Standard Time)
  • From 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM       (Central Standard Time)
  • From 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM    (Mountain Standard Time)
  • From 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM   (Pacific Standard Time)
  • From 10:30 PM to 12:00 AM    (Indian Standard Time)
