Swami's analogy of The Light of Atma (YouTube Video

Bond of love  cooperation & understanding among people

There is NO multiplicity

One light - covered with a vessel (physical, like the body) with number of holes and then covered with a thick cloth (possessiveness)

Remove, cloth, remove vessel, and realize one light – the atmic light, the One, then evolves into many

Discussion

What is the significance of the atmic principle in our day to day lives?
How can we realistic put this principle into practice in our lives?

Some Life Hacks

1. Practice self-share Swami’s love (not your love but Swami's Love)
2. Practice self-confidence
(not the same as self-esteem)
(I am the atma, I am divine)
3. Practice self-satisfaction (contentment)

The above will lead to self-realization. There is nothing more to do.

Shortcut - Simply join Swami’s Witness Protection Program (WPP) --> Perform your duties and your daily activities - but be the witness - just watch. Your level of self-awareness will increase by watching your own self.

When we sing bhajans, we are not only connecting with God but His teachings about every topic is often conveyed in very sweet ways if we contemplate each line of the bhajan as we sing it.
